"Dance the Weight Away"," The very next day I remember stepping out of the shower, being startled, and wondering who was that in the room with me! And why is she naked! And between you and me the last time I saw a butt that big it had a tail and udders.
OMG! That's MY BIRTHMARK!
I spun around gasping, took another look and thought, yep, there's the udders.
Besides it's better for my ego that way.
I mean it's like your head no more than hits the pillow and BUZZZZ the alarm goes off.
Over the next couple of weeks I went to different gyms and health clubs only to walk away more depressed than when I walked in.
I've raised 4 children, I'm raising 3 grandchildren and I have been a critical care nurse for over 16 years.
What was the difference between the me of 20 years ago and the me now.
Dancing!
Like I said before I used to go dancing almost every night.
I never worried about what I ate or going to the gym because every night I'd just dance the weight away.
I mean it fun right!?! So I started looking at the benefits of dancing and exactly what type of dancing could really help to shed the weight and tone up.
They all involve you moving your body from head to toe.
The reason I found those dances to be best is because you can start with a gentle, toned down version of the dance and build up quickly to the full blown, hopping around, shimmy shaking, hip grinding, sexy dance.
it is sexy.
I know it does me.
And I'm having fun doing it!
